MPR offers both property & liability coverage for its Members in Kansas and Missouri (statutes and sovereign immunity laws differ in Kansas and Missouri).

After the Member entity has satisfied its own deductible, MPR retains approximately $500,000 of the loss and cedes the remaining limit to its reinsurance partners. Attorney fees are considered part of the loss and are not accounted for outside the limits provided.
