Midwest Public Risk offers web-based, online training programs designed specifically for public entities. Missouri members participating in the Liability and Workers' Compensation pools and Kansas members participating in the Liability pool are eligible to utilize these programs at no charge.
Available Courses
More than 50 courses are available, with new selections added throughout the year. Courses are available anytime from any computer with internet access. Once you pass a course, you can print a certificate of completion.
More than 50 courses qualify for Missouri POST certified law enforcement training credit. Kansas C-POST also recognizes courses for continuing education credit with approval of your training officer. Law enforcement POST certified courses are highlighted in yellow in the catalog.
How to Access Training
Access has already been granted for existing members and account holders. Simply click the Sign In button above to log into your existing user account and start taking courses.
If you don't have an account yet, click Register for Access above. Requests are typically verified within 24 to 48 hours. A LocalGovU Customer Success representative will reach out once your account is confirmed.
Account Administrators
