MPR Campus Meeting Spaces
The Midwest Public Risk campus has three meeting rooms available to members at no cost, based on availability. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Complimentary wi-fi, ice water, and coffee are provided. Meeting coordinators are welcome to bring in outside food and drink. A small kitchen is available, equipped with a warming oven, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils.

The Classroom
Up to 30 occupants
The Classroom can be configured in a variety of ways using tables with wheels, brakes, and outlets for easy computer hook-up. This room contains an 80" LCD with ClickShare and HDMI connections. Meeting coordinators will need to provide their own laptop to connect.
The Boardroom
Up to 40 occupants
The Boardroom comfortably seats 20 around the board table, with room for up to 40 total with additional tables and chairs along the sides. This room is equipped with a projector and screen, as well as automatic window shades for better viewing.
The Members Hall
Up to 112 occupants
The Members Hall is our largest space, featuring two white erase boards and a projector with screen. This room is also equipped for live webcasting of events. Please note, webcasting must be pre-arranged and is based on MPR staff availability.
